Seemingly rising from the shimmering waters of Phewa Tal, Andu Danda the narrow ridge overlooking Pokhara township in Nepal holds the World Peace Pagoda high for the Annapurna ranges to behold. Building commenced by monks from the Nipponzan Myōhōji organisation in 1993 after a long 20 years of fighting with the government administration of the time.
