Faces of Mumbai
All the shots in this series were taken on the same day as I wandered the streets of Colaba in Mumbai, India. I wanted to show the whole spectrum of faces you see here, but many people were reluctant to allow me to photograph them, especially the business men and women. The beggars however were grateful for the attention, and the couple of Rupees I gave them for their trouble – maybe I did capture the whole spectrum of faces in the photos I was allowed to take and those that I wasn’t?
